When we started working with them, high street chain Long Tall Sally always concentrated on the long and tall bit rather than on being particularly fashionable. It always felt like a shop you had to visit to get your size rather than somewhere you got excited about going to.


When the company was taken over by venture capitalists who wanted to turn around its image and its fortunes, we were asked to help with
the new corporate identity.

The new black and white look immediately
moved Long Tall Sally upmarket, gave it an elegance, desirability and pure sense of fashion that it had not had before. The identity works across all the chain's merchandising and communications and provided a clear direction
for the retail interior design.
