Renaissance Group Extreme Finance
Extreme performance and outstanding results are the key drivers
for Renaissance Group, a tough, highly competitive and almost unbelievably entrepreneurial finance specialist working in the world’s high-growth markets like Russia, CIS and sub-Saharan Africa.

Initial Branding programme
We met them in early 2005 when already the shape of their business was changing by the day. The branding project had to grab the essence of the firm and organise a branding and identity strategy that would help accelerate growth over the coming years. The main issue was to broaden the image of Renaissance Capital, the well-known, but Russia focussed investment bank founded in Moscow in 1995. The new identity to include the full range of activities that the firm was now engaged in, some of which were truly global and actually looking likely to eclipse investment banking by size.
Brand development and communications
We worked closely with the Group CEO Stephen Jennings and his senior team to establish a base branding platform – what the firm stood for and how it would organise its communications. From here we created a new group visual identity and comprehensive guideline for implementation.


Renaissance Group is going from strength to strength. The firm has grown by over 50% in a year. A large part of the value of the branding project has been in recruitment. They have incredibly high standards and have managed to attract top talent from all over the world to work
in their extremely dynamic environment.


We have just finished doing a global photographic shoot of their people and we are in the process
of completing new websites, brochures and other communications.
